A Mindful Course, 8 Week Class for Professionals

In dealing with those who are undergoing great suffering, if you feel "burnout" setting in, if you feel demoralized and exhausted, it is best, for the sake of everyone, to withdraw and restore yourself. The point is to have a long-term perspective.”

                                                        ~~  Dalai Lama

When we get too caught up in the busyness of the world, we lose connection with one another - and ourselves”

~~ Jack Kornfield, Psychologist & meditation teacher

  • As a busy professional would you like your stress to work for you?
  • Would you like to increase your energy and find some spring in your step?
  • Could you even hope to improve your own work-life balance given all of your commitments as a busy professional?
  • Would you like to connect more deeply with your clients? To be more skillful in working with them?

You can, and here’s how: It starts with you, your self care, your commitment to developing a regular practice of mindfulness meditation, of being awake to life as it presents itself.

Mindfulness involves paying attention in a particular way—intentionally and without judgment—to experiences & emotions as they occur.

The 8 week expanded class for professionals includes both new research from the neursociences and somatic practices that support mindfulness practices as life and leadership skills
