Schedule

  • 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
    Weekday evenings beginning in September AND a
  • Retreat on a Saturday in October
    9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Free Offer
    Graduates of the class can attend the full-day retreat for any future classes FREE to deepen their practice (pre-registration required).

Content
The course curriculum features rich, research-based content including

  • traditional classroom instruction
  • interactive sitting and walking meditations
  • guidance for gentle yoga practice
  • and the full-day retreat.

In addition to the class and retreat, take advantage of two private sessions one-on-one with one of the professional facilitators who will get to know you and your particular needs to help you get the maximum benefit from this life-changing experience.

 

Fee
A one-time tuition expense of just $500.00 covers everything you need for the course: practice CDs, course materials, Full Catastrophe Living, and a full-day retreat.
